Our business is noted for having clean cabins and friendly service. Let us make your vacation a comfortable and relaxing one, while enjoying reasonable rates.

Few places in the country can match Greers Ferry Lake for unlimited water activities in a spectacularly beautiful setting. Devil's Fork and Middle Fork offer the best fishing on the lake for black, hybrid striper, and white bass, plus walleye, crappie, bream, catfish, and lake trout. There is no closed season and no license requirement for children under 16.

Walk down to our covered boat dock from your cottage to use one of our fishing boats or launch your own boat at the nearby concrete ramp, and berth it in one of our free covered slips. An electric outlet awaits your battery charger. We have gas, tackle, ice, soda, outboard motors, trolling motors, and batteries to rent.

If you prefer you may swim or sun at our dock. Just 20 minutes by boat takes you to Sugar Loaf Mountain, a popular island with nature and hiking trails with spectacular views.

Landlubbers and "little devils" may enjoy such outdoor activities as basketball, badminton, volleyball, horseshoes, and our children's playground.

Near our resort are grocery stores, a pharmacy, laundromat, service stations, hardware stores, marinas (2), marine repairs, and many other facilities. However, we are in a dry county, so you may wish to bring along your favorite beverage.

All linen is provided for you including bed linen and towels. We have a variety of size and style cottages. Completely equipped kitchens, large living area with cable TV, sofa hide-away bed, and air conditioning. Each cottage has a bar-b-que grill and a microwave.

Description of Cottages

Cottages #1 to #6 are Apartment size with two bedrooms. Each cottage has one bedroom with a double bed, second bedroom with two double beds, sleeper sofa bed in living room, one full bathroom and full kitchen.
Accommodates 8 people per cottage

Unit # 7 is an extended Mobile Home (bunk house) with three double beds, one single bed, and a sleeper sofa all in living room area, full kitchen, one full bathroom and deck facing lake.
Accommodates 8 people

Unit #9 is a three bedroom Mobile Home. One bedroom has one double bed and each of the other bedrooms have two twin beds. Sleeper sofa in living room, two full bathrooms, full kitchen, and central air.
Accommodates 7 people

Unit #10 is a two bedroom Mobile Home. One bedroom has a queen size bed and second bedroom has two double beds. There are two full bathrooms and central air.
Accommodates 6 people

Cottage #11 is a one bedroom. It has one bedroom with two double beds, one full bath, sleeper sofa in living room, central air, and has a deck facing the lake.
Accommodates 4 people

Cottage #12 is my new cottage. It has three bedrooms with six double beds, and two full baths. There is a sofa bed in the living room, and central A/C. It also has a deck facing the lake. Accommodates up to 12 people
(rate based on 6 people - price is $450/week, or $80.00/day for two people - because of its size.)

While we suggest the number of people each unit accommodates, we understand you may wish to exceed or reduce the number of people so just let us know at reservation time.

All cottages and units are completely furnished with color televisions/cable, and air conditioning. All units have complete kitchens with stove, pots, pans, dishes, full size refrigerators, microwave ovens, utensils, bedding, towels and charcoal grill.

NOTE: We are in a dry county, but you can bring your own beverage with you.
